Thermostat W500 Lock?

When I came home, I noticed that my new Aqara W500 thermostat was blinking. I tried pressing the buttons and controlling it through the app, but it didn’t respond. I then tried removing it from the app and re-adding it, but unfortunately, it wouldn’t pair again. Restarting the M3 Hub didn’t help either. I also disconnected the thermostat from power for about an hour, but the issue remains the same.

Hello @rkoperdak If there was no video, I would have thought it was a child lock :smile:.
Do a factory reset and add the w500 back to the app and check its operation. I hope this will help you and it will work. If this does not fix the problem, write to support support@aqara.com

Why ? Sometimes, unfortunately, this is the only way to return the device to normal operation.
Factory reset: press the top button twice, then pause and press the button 10 more times.
