Thermostat W500 Smart scheduler

own a W500 thermostat, and I’m trying to set the time for the “Home” scene in the smart schedule to start at 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, the time always reverts to a morning setting. I also tested whether the thermostat activates at the desired time, but it doesn’t.

I’m looking for help with setting this up correctly—any advice would be appreciated.

Hello. You first need to set the temperatures without a smart list, then arrange them in the desired range. For your understanding, if it is “home”, then the temperature will be constant for it in any time period that you set.

Yes, I understand, but I am unable to select the time from 12:00 to 24:00 (for example, I want “HOME” mode at 16:00). Even after I set it, the system still shows only 04:00 AM. I can see you have times like 20:00 displayed. But if I try to set, for example, 08:00 PM and save, it always shows as 08:00, but not PM; it switches back to AM.

There are limits to how many periods you set (like 7 periods)
Write the periods you want to judge.

This is most likely because the chronology of time is not followed. Everything should happen in order, according to time.

Solution to your question. Delete everything and reinstall the chronology (carefully look at the first and second half of the day).
I reinstalled it myself, everything is installed.

РС.
A new update for W500 has arrived. Update it. Maybe your problem will go away.

@AqaraOfficial
If this correspondence is read by the W500 developers, I once again give you a suggestion: remove these AM, PM, set the usual scale 00.00-24.00. These values of the first and second half of the day are very confusing for users.

Thank you for your suggestion. We will take a note.
