I finally managed to get it working.
Using Matter over Thread, I started the calibration after a reset, then added it to Apple Home, and now it’s working perfectly.
I’ll soon have an Aqara Thread Hub, and then I’ll be able to use all of its features.

I haven’t figured out how to use schedules with Matter firmware. Is it possible?
In Zigbee mode, however, I can see the settings in the app.

There is very little functionality in Matter mode, but they will gradually add it when the Matter standard allows it.
This feature is already included in the Matter specifications:
MatterScheduleConfiguration Feature
This feature indicates that the thermostat is capable of schedules. If this feature is supported, the thermostat SHALL support a mechanism to do time synchronization.
Error: After enabling “Valve Detection Notification,” a malfunction occurs after a while. You don’t receive any notifications, the device displays an exclamation point in a triangle, and app control becomes unavailable. However, Smart Schedules continue to work.
Removing and reconnecting the device in the Aqara Home app resolves this issue.
Do you know why Thermostat W600 Matter OccupiedSetback attributes are here but set to Null?

If you leave the device alone and do not control it through the app, then after about 4-5 days the device becomes offline and it is no longer possible to control it remotely.
