- Hardware Availability: I’m interested in the Qolsys Hardware 16, but I don’t see it listed in the store. Could someone confirm if it’s available or if there are alternatives?
- Firmware Updates: Do I need to update the panel’s firmware to remove Titan branding and access the latest software features?
- Radio Release Timeframe: How long does it typically take for Titan to release the radio for Suretydiy monitoring setup?
