Hello everyone, I’m encountering an issue with my Amazon Echo Show 5 where the microphone option isn’t working when I try to use the camera function through the Alexa app on my Galaxy Note 8. Despite all permissions being correctly set and the camera functioning fine, there’s no audio coming through when I attempt to communicate via my phone to the Echo Show. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this and might have a solution or workaround. It would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
