Hello everyone, I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has encountered this issue with their Echo device. Earlier today, my son tried to watch some videos through Amazon Kids, but unfortunately, he was met with the message ‘video unavailable’. I followed the troubleshooting steps suggested by Amazon, including unplugging the device and resetting it, but the problem persists. I’ve tried multiple videos from different shows, all resulting in the same error. I’m wondering if there’s a known issue with the service or if there’s a specific setting I might have missed.
