Troubleshooting Arlo Camera Connection Issues

Hey everyone, I recently purchased an Arlo Black camera with a built-in battery and a USB-C port. I’m really excited about setting it up, but I’m running into some issues connecting it to my network. I bought it from someone else, so I don’t have the original box or instructions. The QR code on the camera reads A5JD217XA06E5, and I’m not entirely sure what model this corresponds to. Does anyone know how I can determine the exact model of my camera?

I’ve tried following the setup guide on the Arlo website, but I’m not having much luck. The camera seems to power on, but it won’t connect to my Wi-Fi. I’ve reset it multiple times and checked my router settings, but nothing seems to work. I’m wondering if there’s a specific firmware version or a configuration step I’m missing.
