Hey everyone, I’m reaching out to see if anyone has encountered and resolved an issue similar to the one I’m facing with my Bolt lock. I’ve been using the Bolt lock for a while now, and it works perfectly when I’m inside my home. However, I’ve noticed that I can’t connect to it or lock/unlock it when I’m outside. This is a bit frustrating because I was under the impression that I could manage my lock from anywhere, not just within the confines of my home. I’ve checked my app version, which is up to date (v2.47.0(373)), and my firmware is also current (v1.0.6.2). I have two Wyze cameras, and they work fine outside, so I’m puzzled as to why the Bolt lock isn’t behaving the same way. I’ve tried resetting the lock and ensuring that my Wi-Fi connection is stable, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you go about fixing it? Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!
