Troubleshooting Device Addition in Wiser App

I’ve been using the Wiser app for quite some time now, and it’s been a fantastic tool for managing my smart home devices. However, I’ve recently encountered an issue that’s got me a bit puzzled. I’m no longer able to add new Wiser devices, such as plugs or TRVs, to my setup. My existing devices continue to work perfectly—I can control them, adjust schedules, and make changes without any problems. But when I try to add a new device, the app just doesn’t show any options available.

I’ve tried this on multiple devices: an iPhone, an iPad, and even an Android phone. All of them exhibit the same issue. I’ve double-checked the app settings to ensure everything is enabled, but nothing seems to be working. I’m currently running the latest version of the Wiser app, v7.2.2 (build 6).

Is this a known issue with the app? Could there be a problem with my account or setup? I’d really appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve this. It’s been a reliable system so far, and I’d hate to have this hiccup prevent me from expanding my smart home further.
