Troubleshooting DuckDNS Access After Pi4 Upgrade

Hello everyone, I’m reaching out to the community for some guidance. I recently upgraded my Home Assistant setup from a Raspberry Pi 3 B to a Pi 4 B 8GB model. The process went smoothly for the most part, but I’m encountering an issue with DuckDNS access that I need help resolving.

Here’s what I did:

  1. Took a snapshot of my Pi3 installation.
  2. Used Balena Etcher to install the hassos image for Pi4 onto a new SD card.
  3. Restored the Pi4 from the snapshot.
  4. Changed the Pi4’s internal IP to match the Pi3’s.

Everything seems to work fine locally, but I can’t access my Home Assistant instance via DuckDNS or the mobile app outside my home network. I’m wondering if there’s something I missed during the upgrade process that’s affecting my DuckDNS setup.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues after upgrading their hardware? Any insights or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated. I’m really enjoying the improved performance of the Pi4, and I’d love to get everything working seamlessly again.

Thanks in advance for your help and support!
