Troubleshooting Google Nest Hub and Hub Max Display Issues

I recently encountered some puzzling issues with my Google Nest Hub Max and a Google Home Hub. Both devices started showing a white loading screen with four-color dots, which was quite concerning. The Nest Hub Max responded as if there was no internet connection, even though all other devices in my home were functioning normally. I tried the usual troubleshooting steps—unplugging and replugging, waiting for several minutes, and even performing a factory reset. Surprisingly, the Nest Hub Max seemed to recover after the reset, but the Home Hub in another part of the house started acting up later that evening. It couldn’t execute commands, and the screen went black the next morning. The internet was stable, and I hadn’t made any changes to the devices or the Google Home app. This isn’t a one-off issue; both devices exhibiting similar problems makes me think it’s a bug rather than a coincidence. I’m hoping others might have encountered this and found a solution. Have you experienced anything like this? What steps did you take to resolve it?
