I recently redeemed my Govee Points for the AI Sync Box 2, and while it worked perfectly on the first day, I’ve been facing some frustrating issues. The lights randomly turn off, the HDMI ports don’t show up, and the lights don’t change colors. Sometimes the app shows the lights as on, but there’s no output. It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster trying to figure this out! 
I’ve tried all the usual troubleshooting steps—rebooting the device, checking the connections, and ensuring everything is up to date. But nothing seems to fix the problem consistently. It’s especially annoying when I’m in the middle of watching something or playing a game, and the lights just freeze or turn off without warning. 
One thing I noticed is that switching inputs doesn’t always work. The lights stay frozen on the last input, and I have to switch back to fix it. It’s like the AI Sync Box 2 is frozen in time!
