Hey everyone, I’ve been working on integrating my alarm system with a virtual switch using the HM-RCV-50 BidCoS-RF module. I’ve run into a bit of a snag, and I’m hoping someone here can shed some light on how to resolve it.
Here’s the setup: I’m using Channel 1 of the HM-RCV-50. A short press of the button successfully activates the alarm, but when I hold the button down (long press) to deactivate it, nothing happens. It’s pretty frustrating because the alarm goes off, but I can’t seem to turn it off remotely.
I’ve tested this setup on two different systems—one with a CCU2 and another with a CCU3. Strangely, it works perfectly on the CCU2, but not on the CCU3. I’ve double-checked the configurations, and everything seems to be set up correctly. I’m wondering if there’s a specific setting or firmware update I’m missing that could make this work on the CCU3.
Does anyone have experience with similar issues? Any tips or workarounds would be greatly appreciated. I’m really hoping to get this sorted out without having to replace the entire setup. Thanks in advance for your help!
