I’m currently trying to connect my HMIP-WTH-2 thermostats to HMIP-FAL24-C6 actuators, but I’m running into some issues. After successfully pairing the thermostats with piccu3, I attempted to link them to the actuators as per the manual. However, I’m unable to access the configuration menu by holding down the adjustment knob, even after trying for up to five minutes. I’ve tried this with all six thermostats, but none are responding. I’m wondering if there’s a specific trick or additional step I’m missing. Has anyone else encountered this problem or have any suggestions on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
