So, here’s the story: My setup includes a Raspberry Pi running OpenHAB 2.5.7, paired with a KM100 gateway. Everything was working smoothly until a few days ago when the KM200 binding suddenly stopped connecting to the gateway. At first glance, it seemed like a mystery—nothing had changed in my setup, or so I thought.
I started by reinstalling the KM200 binding, hoping that would refresh the connection. The gateway was detected via mDNS, and it seemed like everything was in place. But alas, the same error persisted. I checked the logs, and they pointed to a communication timeout when trying to reach the gateway. This was puzzling because the gateway was definitely online and functioning as expected.
After some research and reaching out to the community, I realized that sometimes the issue might not be with the binding itself but with the configuration or the environment. I decided to reset the gateway to its factory settings and重新配对 it with OpenHAB. This time, I made sure to follow the pairing process meticulously, ensuring that all settings were correctly configured.
