Hey everyone, I’m reaching out for some assistance with my NetBotz 455 setup. I’ve been trying to configure SMS alerts, but I’m running into an issue where the GSM modem isn’t being recognized by the device. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Hardware Check: I’ve connected the GSM modem via the USB port, but the NetBotz doesn’t show any indication of a serial device being connected. I’ve tested the same modem on other NetBotz 455 units, and it works perfectly, so I know the modem itself isn’t the problem.

Firmware Adjustments: I’ve reset the NetBotz and even rolled back the firmware to lower versions, but the issue persists. It’s frustrating because the device was working fine before the firmware update.

Configuration Attempts: I’ve double-checked all the settings and ensured that the modem is properly seated. I’ve also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the modem multiple times without success.
