Troubleshooting No Sound on Downloaded Videos

Hello everyone, I’ve been experiencing an issue with downloaded videos where there’s no sound. I’ve tried this with a Wyze Cam V2 and a Pixel 3, both with the paid subscription. It’s quite frustrating because I’ve captured some precious moments with my grandkids, only to realize the sound isn’t there.

I’ve read through some posts and even reached out to support, but unfortunately, the automated system didn’t provide a solution. It suggested I rephrase my question or ask another one, which was a bit discouraging.

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but that didn’t help either. I’m hoping someone in the community might have encountered this and found a workaround. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
