I’ve been trying to figure out why my Remotec ZFM-80 device isn’t updating on my dashboard. It seems like the device responds when I activate it through the dashboard, but I always have to physically check it to confirm if it worked. This is a bit frustrating because I was hoping to monitor it remotely without having to walk over to the device every time.
I wonder if I might have set it up incorrectly. Could it be that I identified the device as the wrong type? Or maybe there’s a toggle setting that’s off? I added it as a switch on my dashboard, but perhaps that’s not the right configuration.
I’ve tried checking the device settings and even looked into the dashboard configuration, but I can’t seem to find anything that stands out as the issue.
