Hello Shelly enthusiasts, I’m reaching out to seek assistance with my Shelly 2.5 device. I’ve recently set it up to control a roller shutter, but I’m encountering an issue with the SW1 switch. Despite pressing it, the Shelly doesn’t respond. Upon checking the voltage, I noticed that SW1 only registers 0.2V, whereas SW2 shows a healthy 2.7V. This inconsistency is puzzling. Could there be a malfunction with the SW1 switch itself, or might there be an issue with the wiring or device configuration? I’m eager to resolve this to fully utilize my Shelly setup.
