Hey everyone, I’m trying to set up a smart lighting automation where my lights turn on when the Ring Video Doorbell 2 is pressed after sundown. I had it working before, but when I tried to edit it to add another switch, I ran into an error: ‘We’re having trouble connecting. Check your network connection and try again.’ I ended up deleting the automation and trying to recreate it, but now I’m stuck at the same point. When I go through the steps, the screen just shows ‘Lighting Automation’ at the top and ‘Next’ at the bottom, skipping the options to set the time or status. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m wondering if there’s an issue with the connection between SmartThings and Ring. Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated!
