Troubleshooting TP-Link Plug Addition Issues

Hey everyone, I’m reaching out to the community for some help with my TP-Link smart plugs. I recently purchased two Tapo plugs and tried adding them to my system using the Tapo app. They showed up in the discovered devices list, but when I tried to add them, I kept getting an authentication window asking for my TP-Cloud credentials. No matter what username or password I entered, it failed. I even reset my passwords to ensure I wasn’t making a typo, but the issue persisted. I’m a bit stuck and would love to hear if anyone else has encountered this and how they resolved it. Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer!
