Troubleshooting Windows 11 App for Smart Devices

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to see if anyone else is experiencing issues with the Windows 11 app for their smart devices. I recently purchased a Samsung fridge and a Honeywell Redlink thermostat, both of which work perfectly on my Android app. However, when I tried using the Windows 11 version, I noticed some inconsistencies. While the app recognizes all my devices, clicking on them doesn’t bring up the detailed settings or information that I’m used to seeing on my phone. This is a bit frustrating, as I was hoping to manage everything from my laptop more seamlessly.

I’ve already tried the usual troubleshooting steps—uninstalling and reinstalling the app, checking for updates, and ensuring all my devices are properly connected. I also reached out to customer support, but they haven’t been able to resolve the issue yet. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I’d love to hear if there are any workarounds or solutions that others have found effective.

In the meantime, I’m trying to figure out if there’s a way to access more detailed settings through another platform or if there’s an alternative app that might offer better functionality.
