Hey everyone, I’m trying to figure out why my Wyze Cam V3 flood light isn’t sending notifications to my iPhone or the Wyze app. The camera is new to me, and I’ve triple-checked all the settings. Motion, sound, and person events are recorded, but I don’t get any push notifications or in-app alerts. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Confirmed that I’m subscribed to Cam Plus Lite and the camera is added to my account.
- Verified that notifications are enabled in both the app and camera settings.
- Cleared the cache in the Wyze app.
- Restarted the camera and flood light.
- Ensured that the iPhone’s notifications are allowed for the Wyze app.
- Disabled and re-enabled the detection zone on the camera.
The only workaround I’ve found is manually refreshing the events in the app to see new notifications. I’m hoping someone here might have encountered a similar issue or knows a solution I haven’t tried yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated! ![]()
