Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with setting up the Wyze Color Bulb on my iPhone. I’ve been really excited to dive into the world of smart lighting, but unfortunately, I’ve hit a bit of a snag. I downloaded the latest version of the Wyze app, made sure my iOS is up to date, and everything else seems to be running smoothly. However, I’ve been struggling to set up the bulb for the past three days. Every time I try to open the app, I get a login error: ‘Problem connecting to server, please try again.’ I’ve tried restarting my phone, resetting the network settings, and even reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. I’ve searched high and low for any customer support options, but it seems like there’s nothing available. This is pretty frustrating, especially since I was really looking forward to using this bulb.
