I recently purchased two GE/Jasco Z-Wave Plus 14294 switches, and I’m having trouble pairing them with my V2 Hub. Despite following all the standard troubleshooting steps, including resetting the devices, moving the hub closer, and rebooting, the switches still won’t pair. The hub can exclude the devices instantly, but pairing just doesn’t work. I’m curious if anyone else has encountered similar issues, especially with these specific switches. Have there been any firmware updates or known issues with this model? I’m also wondering if there’s a workaround or a different approach to get them paired successfully. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
