I’ve been trying to pair my Osram RGB garden lights with my SmartThings hub, but I’m running into some issues. I’ve followed the standard troubleshooting steps—turning the bulbs off and on for three seconds five times, waiting the full 10 seconds, and ensuring they flash. However, the SmartThings app isn’t picking them up. They were working fine before, but now they’re not showing up in the hub anymore. I removed them and reset them again, but still no luck. Has anyone else experienced this problem with Zigbee devices? I’m wondering if there’s a specific setting or a different method I should try. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!
