I currently have several TVOC sensors throughout my house. They all worked phenomenal but recently one of them stop functioning normally. I still get weather and humidity, but I get no air quality reading. The sensor doesn’t have any leaves or anything where it usually marks the TVOC. Does anyone have any ideas how to correct this?
@jeffrey_enbom It’s a bummer when a sensor glitches—let’s troubleshoot your TVOC sensor issue step by step. Since you’re still getting humidity data, the basic connection seems intact, but the TVOC reading might be stuck.
First, if the sensor was recently restarted, reconnected to the network, or had its battery replaced, it could be in the initialization phase. The TVOC value may not display until the data stabilizes, which usually takes 1–2 minutes. If it’s been longer than that, try a reset: long-press the reset button for 5 seconds until the indicator flashes 3 times to restore factory settings.
Also, low or dead batteries can sometimes cause partial functionality issues. If you haven’t replaced the batteries lately, try swapping in 2 new CR2405 batteries (remove the back cover to access the battery compartment).
If these steps don’t bring back the TVOC reading, reach out to customer support for further help.

Hi, change the battery to a new one. That should help. I had this happen.
Thanks for a wonderful team at Aqara, it turns out that I activated a feature, not a problem. If you double click the button on top it’ll give you different viewing option options and one of the viewing options was temperature and humidity only by double clicking I cycled through and got everything back to normal. Thank you to the amazing team from Tech Support.
