I have the u100 but cannot seem to get the apple watch to open the lock. my watch vibrates indicating a connection, but the lock doesn’t open.
I just fought this exact same issue today with my U100s. I made a post about it a little bit ago but it is waiting to approved. In the lock settings, make sure Auto-Lock on Close is turned off. It is a toggle under the Auto-Lock setting category.
