Hub connected to M100 Matter at the moment but doesn’t make any difference. I had it connected to an G2H Pro camera thats 4 feet away and still beeps and drains. At this point, I turn the sound off and just waiting for updated firmware to fix this issue. Aqara support was no help, had gone thru all the troubleshooting then told me its outside of warranty!
- Already been running the latest firmware
- No metal near the door lock
- No water droplets and lock panel is clean
The beep repeats every 20-45 seconds. I put fresh batteries in 2 days ago
and it’s already down to medium.
