U100 Disconnect Issues

Hi,

I’m finding that my U100 disconnects every two weeks from the hub. I have to remove the battery and insert them back again in order to reconnect.

Any advice?

I’ve tried factory resetting already.

What’s the distance from the u100 to the hub?
Is there walls in between?
What type of connection are you using?
What hub are you using?
How is the hub powered?
Is it updated to the latest firmware?

Hopefully with some more info i can make some suggestions.
