My U100 has had a sudden behaviour change. Now the keypad outside becomes unresponsive and the device becomes unavailable in the aqara app and homekit.
Changing batteries remedies this for around 6-12 hours; then it cuts out again.
Tried all combinations of button presses, resets short of removing from the app itself (im afraid it wont allow re-pairing)
I’ve checked for new firmware; there is none available. current firmware 3.0.0_0031
extremely disappointing; this lock has been nothing but trouble.
contacted support, no response.
