U100 not connecting

I constantly have issues with lost connectivity with my lock. I added another hub that is much closer than my primary hub just in case if was a distance issue. My primary is about 15 feet away and the secondary which I bind to is 5 feet away. I lose connection with both Bluetooth and or Zigbee constantly. I am tired of having to remove the batteries and put t back for it to connect again. This happens much too often and it is getting to a regrettable state of having this lock.

My U100 behaves similar to that, if I check the status within the Aqara app the lock takes around 5-10 seconds to connect. However I use Apple Home for all my devices and in Apple’s app the lock is always available immediately. A bit strange but the lock continues to work 100 percent of the time for me. I have never had to remove the batteries to reset it, I’m thinking the Bluetooth connection to the lock is slow even though I have a HomePod mini and Apple TV within 8 feet of the lock. Not much help for you I’m afraid.

Unfortunately, it becomes unresponsive. I actually have two of these locks and they have similar behavior. They are about 10 feet away from each other. I experienced this when I had the G3 hub a bit further away, so I bought an M3 and placed much closer and very little improvement. Then I added an M2 hub even closer and no improvement.

In the home app it states waiting for response when that have fallen off. I constantly check for updates too. Just hoping Aqara will fix this bug
