So I have 3 u100 smart locks and suddenly on all 3 battery drain is crazy. Low battery just after a few days. It seems to have starred after the last firmware update.
May I ask if you recently purchased the door lock and then upgraded it to the latest firmware version?
If not, could you let us know how the battery performance was on the previous version?
Please go to the lock’s settings page, locate Log Diagnostics, and enable Log Storage.
If the issue occurs again while log storage is enabled, please press Download and Upload Logs, and share the Accessory ID with us for further analysis. (You can find the Accessory ID on the lock’s settings page.)
