Hi, do we know why same hardware version of two u100 smart locks are tracking different firmware versions? During a lock replacement Customer Support told me they roll out different batches. But today I got the one in 3.0.0_0034 update to 3.0.0_0035 and the other one still stuck in 3.0.0_0031 which came out a year ago. Over a year with old versions? Thanks
