I am delighted to have found a forum that may be able to help me solve my problem. I have a U200, M200, and T1 and wanted to use them to recognize users without opening the lock, but by activating the T1.
This would enable me to open the entrance door to all apartments with the T1 and, in the case of my family, also the U200 to my apartment.
Has anyone here already set up similar situations?

Hello! Could you please explain in more detail what you want to set up?
I assume you are referring to the U200 Smart Lock, the M200 Hub and either the Single Switch Module T1 or the Mini Switch T1. There are also: Light Sensor T1, Valve Controller T1, LED Strip T1, LED Bulb T1, Temperature and Humidity Sensor T1, etc.
Thanks Johm for your feedback. I have the P100 Keypad on the main door. When my family uses the keypad, the U200 door lock on our apartment opens and, at the same time, the T1 single switch module opens the main door by activating the electromagnetic lock.
If other users are using the keypad, only the T1 shohld be activated. I thought that with the Hub M200 and U200, I could recognize users and activate T1 without the U200 lock opening.
Do you have any idea how to resolve this situation?

I assume the T1 single switch module and the U200 Smart Lock are both triggered via the automation feature in the Aqara app. Is this correct?
Unfortunately, I don’t have a P100, but it does have a camera. Can the camera be used for facial recognition under automation in the Aqara app?
If not, you could use Geofence 2.0 to detect the presence of a person and use this information to trigger different automations. This is not 100% reliable, of course, but it is one possibility.
The P100 is the keypad (without camera) that comes with the U200 lock as part of a set. Unfortunately, I cannot recognize this keypad separately in the app and therefore cannot create any automation. I had hoped that I would be able to recognize a user and then create an automation. Geo Fence does not work with domestic devices either.

Sorry, there is another P100, and otherwise I can’t find any information about it.
Then I can only recommend a camera like the G5 Pro and a doorbell like the G410 Pro, as these would enable facial recognition on the device. What can then be used in automation.
And if that’s not an option, contact support and submit a suggestion. Perhaps it will already be implemented or will then be implemented.
