The U200 was purchased in November 2025, so six weeks later, the lubricant dried, and the lock was constantly jamming. I had already returned a lock for the same problem, but I bought it on Amazon, so it was quick. I bought another one on Aqara UK, with extra accessories. Replacing the lock bought on Aqara UK would probably take over a month, and the same thing would probably happen again in a few months. I don’t want to waste time replacing it.
The new locks will have the same problem if they use bad grease or replace the gear with bad grease.
I don’t understand how they can use such poor lubrication, be forced to replace and repair so many locks, and still sell new locks with the same problem.
