Hi,
I use to a U200 lock, M3 hub and G4 door bell. With the Aqara app, linked to Alexa.
Since about this spring, I’ve already had to charge the lock 3 times - battery life of about 6 weeks before it hits 20%.
This used to be 6-7 months in the past!
I did not change any settings on the lock or with the door bell’s face recognition (which, very unreliably, opens the door).
Will add the version the lock is on later, but I regularly check for updates. (cant leave this Window from the oddly designed Aqara app that only works in landscape mode on tablets…)

3.0.0_0085 Firmware of the U200
Before assuming the battery itself went bad, check whether Auto-Lock is turned on — every time that engages, the motor physically throws the bolt, and that draws way more power than the lock just sitting there talking to your hub.
Is that door getting a lot more use?
Also — you mentioned the G4 doorbell’s face recognition in the same breath as the lock. Is there an automation tying those together, like auto-unlock on a recognized face? If the doorbell’s triggering the lock’s motor on its own, that’s extra cycles you might not be counting. I’d check both of those before assuming it’s a bad battery or firmware bug.
