U200 beginning to fail?

Good evening.

I was hoping to gain some advice.

I have recently had to recalibrate the lock a couple of times over the last few weeks. However on the last calibration the lock jammed. I removed it and checked the barrel and that is free and working fine. I reinstalled the U200 and have found that although it is operating, it doesnt feel as free as it used to and the gearing inside feels/sounds like it is grinding slightly.

Any advice or help would be great?

Have found the issue. The cylinder had moved within the door. Have replaced the securing screw and all is working ok again
