I have had my fair share of U200 locks and have a few replaced but tonight I had a new failure. Nothing would connect to the lock not even Bluetooth. First I thought it was out of power so charged the battery. That didn’t do anything, then I tried one of my other U200 batteries and still no change. Also tried the AA battery adapter but nothing helped. Tries to reset it but nothing worked just like it decided to give up and die.
Anyone else tried that?

Just FYI, Long pressing SET button doent work, reset doesnt work and the keypad also say it cannot connect to the door lock so for sure something major failed in the lock. I’m already taking to support so believe I will need a replacement lock. Still love the U200 despite the hickups.

hi have exactly the same issue, out of the nothing… it worked two hours ago for me, my wife couldnt open the door… thank god we didnt lock ourselfs out
so you will need a replacement? its our second lock in 5 months thats broken.

I’ll for sure gonna need a new lock as it can’t communicate with the key pad, Bluetooth or WiFi so it’s bricked by what I guess is a hardware failure.
