U200 Calibration Error

Hello, I have two u200 locks. One has updated to 85 and immediately stopped working. This lock not demands to be re calibrated. When I attempt calibration, it fails and makes grinding noises.

I have my second lock on another door that did not update. It works perfectly fine. I disabled auto update, however I suspect if I push a FW update it will immediately break as well.

I am hopeful that we have a resolution for this. I see on multiple forums that this has been going on since mid summer 2025.

Please help!!

Hi @MrMufasa77, when it makes grinding noises, there’s definitely an issue with the gearbox of the U200 - please contact support and send them a video of the problem.
