U200 worked correctly before firmware update. Immediately after updating to firmware 3.0.0_0085, the motor no longer turns during automatic or manual calibration when installed on the cylinder.
The cylinder and door mechanism move freely by hand and the U200 is correctly aligned and mounted without excessive pressure. When the U200 is removed from the cylinder, the motor turns during calibration.
The problem started immediately after firmware 3.0.0_0085. Please provide a firmware rollback or alternative firmware for testing.
