U200 Door Lock error “e-377 Connection failed”

I am unable to bind my U200 door lock to Aqara Home. I get the below errors.

Troubleshooting:

Tried restarting network x 3 times
Performed a full lock reset - 10 seconds reset hold
Rebooted phone
Rebooted Aqara M3 hub x 5 times
Removed from Apple Home & Aqara Home

Still fails every time to bind. It was working and bound successfully to both Aqara Home & HomeKit using exact same network

Have tried binding via Matter to Aqara Home and direct via HomeKit. Lock showing in both Apps as discoverable.

I am stumped🤷

Anybody have an ideas or suggestions?

Hello

Here is a video, try to do everything as in the video and I think you will be able to connect it.
The video was shot by my dear friend @UKAndyC and he passed on the entire sequence of actions for a successful connection.
