Hi There! I have a U200 and I absolutely love it, but on occasion the deadbolt starts locking before the door is completely closed. This results in the deadbolt smashing into the side of my door frame while I am closing the door. Is there a good fix for this or does anyone have any experience here on this topic? Thank you!

You can set a time frame how long the door will stay open
Hello, I recommend disabling “automatic locking” in the settings. This function leads to a lock like you described. For automatic locking, I use automation using a door closing sensor. There are never any false alarms. An additional benefit is that you can quickly manage the timeout period for closing the door lock.
I also recommend contacting support after first making a log of the settings.
