Have trouble to work out the U200 in HomeAssistant. Have HomeKit integration, Homepod mini as TC, successfully integrated into HA. Usually I can control the lock when just paired, but from time to time, i won’t be able to control again, but only able to get the status (battery, locked/unlocked…etc). in lock it returns UnsupportedAccess (0x7e). Without doing anything (not even restart any of the systems) it will work again for awhile. Have tried to take out HomeKit so there’s no multicontrol but result is the same. any idea?

One thing to add is that there’s never an issue to control through Homekit

Hi @chunkwoksy Please check if your homepod mini has the latest firmware installed, sometimes it is important.

Yes, I always tend to have the latest GA firmware, so all my homepod mini (4 of them) , u200 lock, HA are all in their latest firmware
Same issue here.
Combined Nest and Open Border Router Thread network in Home Assistant and the lock often refuses to lock or unlock with that particular error.
Quite unreliable sadly.

strange thing is that it works perfectly with Homekit, so dont know its HA or the lock or border controller to blame
