Just wondering if anyone else has problems with the u200 or other locks loosing calibration every few days? I leave home and the door won’t lock but will say it’s locked. Thanks.

The lock has been working mostly fine since march, just recently it’s been messing up and home key didn’t always work. The firmware is 3.0.0_0080
I am very sorry, We have fixed the calibration issue in version V0085. You can contact the Aqara after-sales team to have your device added to the whitelist to resolve this issue.
I’m at beta v84 with the same problems and, despite having reported everything to Aqara support, they didn’t solve anything for me. I sent video of the problem on the screen, diagnostic log, but nothing.

So because I’ve bought from the Aqara UK shop they want me to send the lock in for testing instead of replacing it. When I asked about being without a lock they said to buy another one and possibly end up with 2 if the other one is fixable. This seems like too much hassle from what is meant to be a software issue and not really what I expect from Aqara as I’ve had great service in the past.
What I did I keep returning faulty ones on amazon until I got one from 2025 with working clutch xd
Such a hassle though for a product that should work. I don’t have that option and wish I’d bought from Amazon now I thought I’d get better support ordering from the Aqara shop instead
Just order one which is working well from Amazon and switch gear module to your broken one and send it back. I would do this, instead of being without lock for weeks. Just check the box, if it was made before 2025 it will have clutch problems due to bad grease.
You can swap modules and it’s not possible to notice it by aqara.
