I have this optiom enablednbut still no new firmware to update. Perhsps ot is restricted to certain regions only
this is just nightmare, I am on beta enabled days now, still not getting any .81 or .84, stuck on v.80 and homkey is not working. can we please push this beta globally, Europe or so?

Just ask Service via e-mail to push the latest beta to your account. They were able to help me within 2 hrs.
what service? I wrote to support in the Aqara app? do you know the direct email?

Feedback – Firmware 84
Since updating to firmware 84, HomeKey has been working flawlessly! 
No more issues at all — everything is smooth and reliable now.
I only have some strange noises left, which I’ve already reported. I believe this might be more related to gears or other mechanical parts rather than firmware. If I can’t find any information about it on the forum, I’ll open a separate discussion thread for it.

I heard from Aqara support that v84 would be generally available today, August 12th. I don’t see it yet. Does anyone else see it?
Yes, Aqara Support responded that the release of v84 was delayed. I was eventually able to download the beta version and test it to see if it fixes my calibration issues. It does not. I suspect this release is mostly focused on fixing the HomeKey issues -which I never experienced.
If anyone is interested in the calibration issue…
I’ve tried firmware versions v77, v81, and v84beta. None of them fix the calibration issue. I got restless and disassembled one of the locks to see what happens during calibration.
Interestingly, if I remove any kind of resistance from the motor while it is calibrating, the motor stays engaged with all of the gears. But introducing some friction seems to throw it off and it never re-engages. So I can’t really tell if this is a software or hardware issue. The software clearly controls that ‘tilt’ gear and whether it engages with the other gears (shown at end of video). So the software either needs to be fixed or the motor/gear-unit is defective on all 3 of my U200 locks.
