my U200 Smartlock from 6/2024 has be stop working yesterday without any warnings. We came Home and try to open it from the Keypad, but it was saying that he has no Connection to the Lock. In Aqara Home and HomeKit was also no Connection to the Lock. So we open the Door manualy.
I Switch the battery (90% Charge) from a second unit I had, but the Lock stays dead. No LED, no response
Any ideas?

Same here few months ago with my kickstarter unit - I wrote to support and after couple of messages and videos - they sent me a replacement.

I have got the Same problems since yesterday. Batteries are charged, but No “Bluetooth connection”. So i reset the U200 and tried to connect it. The connection works properly, but now I canˋt calibrate the Lock. It makes the calibration sounds, but the key will not turn around. So no ideas left here, only to reset the device…
