I have a problem with turn assist and from what I’ve read online, many others seem to have it too.
Turn assist detects how fast you rotate the knob and unlocks at the same speed. However, this often doesn’t work properly, and it ends up unlocking very slowly, as if it were in quiet mode, which is quite inconvenient.
It would be great to have an option in the menu to always unlock at full speed, regardless of how fast the knob is turned, and then another setting with adaptive speed.
I’m probably not the only one bothered by this.
I hope Aqara makes a change.

I also have this problem, but I usually just nudge the knob and it unlocks at full speed. It’s a quick and firm nudge that barely rotates it.
I’ve been paying attention and tried different turning speeds. Many times, even when I turned the knob very slowly and consistently, it still unlocked at full speed. So this really doesn’t work well.
