U200 two beeps when opening. Calibration does not help

Hi,

I was running my u200 (latest .84 firmware) for months without issues.
Recently the opening finishes with 2 beeps.
Closing the EU lock sometimes goes very slow as if there is something blocking.
Physical installation is fine, nothing changed and there are no obstacles.

Several automatic Calibrations with no improvements.
Manual calibration does also not help.

Automatic lock during the night frequently fails and app is reporting cylinder issues.

I send an email using the aqara app but not getting any confirmation, hence I open this topic here, just in case my mail did not go through to support

Good morning @mike12 how old is your lock?
Sometimes the grease of gearbox gets sticky and causes some issues
Specially the first batches of U200 have a bad grease - so that might be the issue

Did you reach out the support yet?

Good morning Chris. Lock is 1 year old.
Support reached out to me via email and I sent several videos just a minute ago.

As the lock is moving, I don’t think it’s a grease issue, but let’s see what the experts are saying.

Hi Chris,

Just to follow up for transparency.
I exchanged a couple of messages with support, sharing videos of the issue that I am facing.

Support decided to replace the hardware and I’ll return the current device
