U300 Binding failure

Hello,
I have two U300 lock and each has a separate hub to control it. Recently after firmware upgrade one of the lock has error on cloud biding, I cannot control the lock remotely without the cloud. I attempted to fix the issue with not luck. I don’t want completely remove the lock and stat over. Is there any other tips to may be fix this issue.

@vbpp5qcpbf It sounds like you’re encountering a cloud binding error with your U300 lock after a firmware upgrade, which is preventing remote control—frustrating, for sure! Let’s try some targeted troubleshooting steps first, since you’d prefer not to start over completely:

  1. Check gateway connection and firmware: Ensure the hub (gateway) bound to the problematic U300 is online and properly connected. Verify that both the lock and the hub have the latest firmware installed, as outdated versions can sometimes cause binding glitches.
  2. Restart key devices: Try restarting the gateway, the U300 lock, and your router. Make sure they’re within a reasonable distance to avoid signal issues—this simple step often resolves temporary connection hiccups.
  3. Update the Aqara Home app: Confirm your app is updated to the latest version. An outdated app might not communicate well with the newly upgraded lock firmware.

If these steps still don’t resolve the cloud binding error, you may need to reach out to support for deeper assistance. Contact the Aqara Home App Customer Service Team (Profile> Help & Feedback > Customer Service) or scan the QR code:
